Kathy is passionate about the PDI mission of developing training that builds confidence, manages resistance, unlocks potential, develops capability, cultivates team strength and creates an environment of success.

 

With over 20 years' experience in senior roles in the learning and development industry, she has a wealth of experience across all industries in both the public and private sector, including but not limited to:

Kathy prides herself on working collaboratively with clients to develop engaging and interactive eLearning programs to exceed expected outcomes, and industry-standard instructional design principles and methodologies. With a knack for discovering the true training requirements of an organisation, she continues to empower individuals, teams and the wider business to continuously think and behave differently.

Her experience includes:

  • Developing and facilitating numerous training courses, seminars and breakfast forums for a number of training providers and organisations.
  • Designing and developing over 200 different online learning courses using a range of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate and Evolve. These include course topics in compliance, induction, system training, professional development (management skills, recruitment & selection etc), product training.
  • Training needs analysis, design and development of high level designs and storyboards/scripts for online learning.
  • Designing and developing a number of higher education course using D2L and H5P.
  • Project management and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning into a number of organisations.
