I just wanted to send you some feedback on working with Kathy Miles on the two Automotive Service Advisor Courses. This was my first experience as a SME and also participating in the design of a course. Kathy definitely made this opportunity into a positive and rewarding learning experience for me. Our regular meetings and e-mails kept everything on track and everyone aware of the tasks to be completed and the time frame required for that. Kathy's experience helped move the process along at the required pace. Her open and respectful manner encouraged me to participate and to learn. I really appreciate being given the opportunity to work on this project and to have met and worked with Kathy. I was extremely impressed with the final outcome. I'm very much looking forward to facilitating this course.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Kathy on the Governing for Reform Aged Care Program. Kathy’s strong design skills and creative vision along with her commitment and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in the development and delivery of the online learning modules. The feedback that has been received in relation to the online learning modules has been fantastic and Kathy can take the credit for producing and delivering an excellent product.

Kathy had the challenging task of meeting tight deadlines in developing content and designing the modules. However, her strong organisational skills and her perseverance, dedication and strong work ethic meant that she never wavered in meeting these deadlines. In addition, each module required multiple reviews and feedback from the partners and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Kathy handled this pressure with much grace and dignity and always produced a high quality product. 

Kathy is a strong team player and is always willing to support others. She treats everyone with dignity and respect. She provided a safe environment where those working with her could challenge ideas and concepts and have open conversations. She worked well with different individuals to develop the content. She provided clear direction on what she needed but was also willing to listen to the views of others. She was very open to diverse opinions and listened and actioned feedback from those working directly with her as well as from the partners and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. She was very agile and flexible and had to pivot her approach multiple times due to constant changes in the approach. 

Kathy is very knowledgeable in relation to design and is highly creative. She is extremely good at what she does. However, she has also demonstrated her capabilities and competence in other areas including aged care. I was very impressed with her knowledge in aged care. She has a continuous improvement mindset where she wants to learn and improve how she works. 

​Kathy was superb in creating and developing our vision for Christchurch Airport online training programmes. Her vision and work ethic provided us with a product we are more than happy with. I recommend Kathy Miles to any organization wanting to improve the way their online training system performs.

Kathy has recently completed an eLearning Instructional Design assignment through The Next Step. Using Articulate Storyline, Kathy designed and developed multiple courses that were creative, engaging and interactive. Kathy received great feedback from our client. Kathy presents with over 15 years' experience within learning and development, with a key strength in Instructional Design. Kathy is recommended for any similar assignments.

Kathy recently helped put together a series of online training solutions for the ALH Group. Kathy delivered her work in a professional and timely fashion and was very easy to work with. Thanks again Kathy.

Kathy was a great supporter of a culture underpinned by training development and education of front line hospitality Managers.  Coming from virtually an environment where training was non existent, Kathy was the primary architect behind a Learning Management system that became the catalyst to driving internal awareness of the skills gaps in many Managers and front line staff.  Kathy's delivery of all workshop leadership training was also a reflection of the understanding she had of the needs of her client.  The feedback and motivation from training recipients was outstanding and became a platform for further investment in a culture that was historically anti the investment in people at all.  A game changer!!

I hired Kathy as a contractor to implement the on line learning program. I found Kathy to be highly planned and organised at every step, very quickly documenting the project plan and timeframe in order to meet budget restrictions and objectives. Kathy proved to be innovative, resourceful, professional and reliable. She was a delight to have as part of the team and worked well with others in the organisation.

Kathy's enthusiasm helped drive 'the next-stage' development of our HR Training Division business unit.  Her professionalism and ability to think outside the box enables us to explore and develop areas we had not seriously considered before.
