At PDI Solutions we are extremely passionate about leadership development.

 

It doesn't matter whether your employees have been in a leadership role for one week or 30 years, a good leader knows that there are always things they can improve and develop upon.

 

The simple fact is that people don't leave bad companies, they leave bad bosses.  Your leaders play a very important role in ensuring that employees are engaged, motivated and willing to remain with the company.  

 

Leadership is a journey, often through foreign lands with much self-discovery along the way.  This is what we call 'The Leadership Journey'.

 

The Leadership Journey is a two-day leadership program that provides participants with loads of practical tools, resources and skills that they can use in the workplace tomorrow.

The Leadership Journey Points of Difference
 

Engaging, Memorable and Relatable Content:

The Leadership Journey training program has been built in alignment with the book by the same name - The Leadership Journey by Kathy Miles.  

The book takes 15 lessons that are learnt through travel and applies these to leadership.  By relating the leadership lessons to something that everyone loves to do - travel - it makes the lessons fun to read, engaging and most of all memorable.  

Whilst the training program only focuses on the leadership lessons covered in the book and other leadership topics, all participants will receive a copy of The Leadership Journey as well as the course materials.

Enhancing Learning Opportunities:
The training program also includes pre-course work and post-course work to ensure that the learning opportunities are enhanced and action plans are implemented back into the workplace.
 
Customised Training to Company/Industry:
Training can be customised to the organisation/industry including branding (client logo on front of workbooks) and specific scenarios and examples used for activities at no extra cost.  Any additional customisations will incur an additional fee.

About the Facilitator​

Kathy has delivered hundreds of management and leadership training sessions around Australia, run seminars and breakfast forums and managed many large-scale HR and training projects over the years.

With a Bachelor of Education, a Masters Degree in Training and Development and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Kathy is fully qualified to deliver quality training courses that are engaging and powerful.
